Rule number 8 = 15xWARN
Rule number 9 = PRIMUL AVERTISMENT,DACA ESTE INCALCAT,BAN

Exceptions and various:

Deviation from rule number 2 is only if you have mor QUOTE-s,but not more than 2
Deviation from rule number 5 is only in speciality topics
Deviation from rule number 6 is only for sites of travian or related of travian

99xWARN = Permanently ban
100xWARN = Permanently ban
66xWARN = 10 days ban
33xWARN = 5 days ban
20xWARN = 2 days ban
15xWARN = 1 day ban
10xWARN = 12 hours ban
5xWARN = 4 hours ban

The upper bans are not for that number,for example if you have 60xWARN and you get 20xWARN you have 80xWARN so you got 10 days ban,
The ban is not applied on moderators,admins and the alliance administration men.
